Terms
In short: Custody Schedule Maker makes a calendar, not legal advice, so check your calendar against your order.
What the site does
Custody Schedule Maker turns the schedule you pick into dates and counts the nights. The site doesn’t tell you which schedule to use, and the calendar isn’t a parenting plan or a court form.
Not legal advice
Nothing on this site is legal advice. The calendar doesn’t replace your court order or parenting plan. Where they differ, follow your order. Ask your lawyer or mediator before changing anything.
Check your calendar
We test the calendar carefully, but you are responsible for checking it against your order before you rely on it, and for the holidays and times you choose. Holiday dates and school breaks vary by family and district.
What’s free
Making, viewing and printing your calendar is free and will stay free. The $19 set is one payment for a year ($34 for three years) that doesn’t renew on its own, and you see the price before you pay. When the time you paid for ends, your calendar stays free to make, view and print; the phone calendars, the share link and the PDF stop updating until you renew.
Use it fairly
Please don’t try to break or overload the site. We may change or stop the site and update these terms, and the date below shows when they last changed.
